I've tried every dealer in San Antonio and best i can get any of them to do is supplier and rebates. They won't even attempt to negotiate past that. Tried email and in person

It is harder to get a smokin' deal here in Texas. The economy is too good and everybody here wants a truck.

I know this is late but may help some others decide what is possible.

2014 Sierra SLE CC Short Bed 2WD, max tow package, SLE Value package, SLE Convenience Package, All weather floor mats, Wheel locks. MSRP came to 43,500ish + 6" chrome side steps (I think they had it listed as $700 extra)

Bought Sept 1st 2014

I got it at a Labor day sales event for 13,000 off MSRP with 21 miles on the odometer. Before TTL total was 31,XXX.

Southern Louisiana for reference

Edit: Also there was a dealer offering 12,000 off crew cab Silverado LTs at the same time. If I didn't get the Sierra like I wanted I was heading to the Chevy dealer after.

Tried haggling with a dealer up here in Ohio on a Crew cab leftover '14 brand new (MSRP 36700) work truck. wanted 7000k off sticker and wouldn't budge.

Far as I'm concerned, it can stay there another 2 years.

Just bought a Red Ruby 2015 Silverado 1LT crew cab $34,900 OTD ( MSRP $40.895) with free LineX @ 4.3% interest 72 months ( my credit is just FAIR ) . Been looking around for the Silverado with light color interior, I went to 5 different dealers. The lowest price they offer me was a Tungsten Metalic with black interior was $33,5k OTD but i refused ( not like black interior, and they talked like they disrespect customer ), the highest price which they offered me was a Deep Blue metalic. I guess if you are looking for a Silverado 1LT CC, the price is around $32K-$33K for v6 and $33k-$35k for V8 depend on color without using USAA and coupon PRIVATE OFFER .

I bought my 14 CCSB 1LT 5.3 with 3.08 gears at the end of July in 2014. Sticker was in the upper 43's but with the rebates it came out in the 37's. I traded in my 09 Colorado with 76k miles for 16k. I owed a little over 4k on it so that dropped my new truck into the mid 26's. Can't remember the exact interest rate but I know its below 3%. Going to payback mid 28's. I went from a midsize truck that just had its warranty run out to a brand new full size, which was better in every way possible, and dropped my payments 72bucks a month. Other than seeing the same truck listed for 35,500 at a different dealership a month later, I think it was a No brainer to trade up.

If you are looking for a new truck look up these places. For GMC laurabuick just east of St. Louis in Collinsville and for Chevy Jim Butler just south of St. Louis in Fenton. Best prices I've seen
