You can use 1.25” spacers without trimming the studs if you keep the OEM wheels. The pockets in the OEM wheels are deep enough. From my measurements, a 1.25” spacer is the limit without having to trim. Not wanting to trim the studs is the reason I went with 1.25” - didn’t want to trim either.

Your 1.5” spacers will work fine if you keep your stock wheels and they have the pockets. Not sure if all the OEM GM wheels have them.

Usually the minimum spacer we can use is 1.75". However even that would be really close on both sets of 20" LTZ wheels I have. Even had to trim to use the stock 18" LT wheels on my 2011.
Not arguing that you didn't get lucky though. Dang , I wish that would work for me.
I didn't realize this when I ordered the spacers from Bora or I would have been done with it and gone with the 2" spacer.
Your truck looks great !!

It could be that the All Terrain wheels are different than some of the other models. I measured my studs and measured the pockets, then did a little math. I would have gone with more narrow spacers if the studs were shorter - I didn’t need to go that far out to clear the UCA’s , but now I’m glad I did. Thanks, I’m happy with how it turned out.

What have you done to yours? I have a Black ultimate.

It’s got a Gmc tonneau cover, black gmc badges, led reverse and license plate lights, in-channel rain guards, and mud flaps so far. I plan on doing a intake, dual exhaust, and possibly wheels. What are your plans for your ultimate?

Got rid of the OEM badges on the tailgate and added a "retro" sticker instead.

Did you dust it off before each photo? That is way to clean to have been down a dirt road, this is a truck that has been down a dirt road...

BTW, you might want to cover your license plate or someone might steal your identity and murder your family

I never understood the thought process of covering your tag. I mean, you can drive down the road and get hundreds of tags per day

Do you have a level kit on this? If so, which one? Looks amazing!
