Really nice rig, you did a great job pulling off the contrast between the grey paint with black rims and tint.

Truck would be perfect for an action movie set.

 

What did you do with he headlights? Are those LED, if so what brand/model?

I am interested in swapping out my headlights because like a lot of people, I think they suck too.

Thanks... those are the factory headlights, and they are LED. I cut them apart with a dremel, painted all the chrome and used nite shades paint on all the LED lens. The factory bulbs suck, i would have to agree. I put an HID kit in this fall and it's 100% better, but still not like my 08.

Here's the latest thing I've done to my black CC Silverado. Added amber LED clearance lights to the OEM mirrors. I know the photos are too dark, I will take some photos during the day/evening.

Damn it man. You just added something to my list... I like how that all looks! I plan to get tow mirrors this summer and am considering adding some amber clearance/running lights in my grille. But how, and where. Hmmm.
