Windows in up position and intermittent f/pass lock issue

It seemed all signs pointed to my passenger side motors/regulators being busted. Then this started happening:

 

Front passenger door locks when I put it into gear (Always)

Does not lock from remote or driver side door.

Does not lock from passenger door power lock.

It may work one time. After that it does not work again. Must manually lock (not lazy, just annoying).

-Same with the key fob. Will work once, then nothing.

 

Any help is appreciated. I am also new to wanting to do stuff on my own, so if I ask a lot of questions don't be surprised.

 

I have also checked the CB1 for the passenger side CB. Not busted.
