What's the tread life rating on those tires?

50 or 55k I think. Judging by how they're wearing they should make it pretty easily.

Most that I have seen are in that range, many times the more aggressive tires will be 45k instead.

For me, all terrain patterns are better for what I need. These do ok in the mud. I like having good wet and snow traction, and siped all terrains are great in that aspect. Like I said though, the dry traction on these could be better. Doesn't take much throttle to roast them.

Today my ACDelco Professional ceramics arrived, along with my AFE ProDry S filter. It's washable and oil free.

Soon, my Centric rotors will be here. And when I get a chance the world's dustiest brakes will finally be taken off!!!

I saw a Silverado almost identical to yours yesterday, it even had the Sierra wheels. Although it had the stock bumpers.

Ok so last weekend I finally ditched the EBC brake pads. Old on the left, new ACD pro on the right. Also a good look at how the Coopers are holding up, they have about 20,000 miles on them, and other than a few chips they look good.

Pic of the Centric rotors, they look awesome.

Broke them in with a 1200 mile trip to the mountains, and other than road salt the front wheels stayed clean. The ACDelcos don't have as much bite as the EBC's did, but they'll lock up too, and that's really all you need. Also, the ceramics don't POUR brake dust all over.

The pickup did awesome in the snow, ice, and snowpack.

+1 on less bite from the ac delco's, but its more than enough and the practically non existent dust is worth it.

If anything they're more consistent though, vs the EBCs which don't have as much of a linear response as more pressure is applied to the brakes. I literally pulled out of the shed and headed to Colorado, talk about confidence in my work, lol.

Cleaned up the pickup finally, used rubbing compound on the scratches some dog left on the pickup. Polished and sealed.

Looking good bud.

Thanks!

I will add: The ATP tires seem to be holding up well at 26,000 miles BUT they are starting to cup. I am not pleased because they have been rotated plenty and the front end is perfectly aligned. I'm not sure what is causing it.

Currently sitting at 127k. Thought I'd update for the new battery.

Super Start Platinum AGM, 775CCA, 955CA. Supposedly a Deka battery. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up.
