You might have seen my other post about selling them...listed mine on Craiglist Austin along with a set off my son's 2010 Silvy...sold both within a week or so.

So raptor mad 4 brackets for Sierra but silverado only gets 3

The number of mounts you get with a particular set of steps should have NO BEARING on which truck you order for. The cabs are 100% identical. My DC Sierra used three mounting points and my CC SIlverado (both '15MY trucks) uses four. It differs based on the size of the cab - NOT the brand of truck.

Hey all, I think I may have received the wrong mounting hardware. What are your thoughts? I think I am going to contact AutoAnything and or DeeZee.

These are the online instructions found on DeeZees website:

http://www.deezee.com/product_images/DZ372537.pdf

Here is the front page of the instructions I received. Notice the mounting hardware is completely different

The box I received, which I had already cut up... if things couldn't get any worse already :-(

I think you have the wrong steps. That label shows them for '01 - '14 trucks, and the '14 and newer trucks use a different system. I would say they are marketed / labeled wrong, and you need ones that are meant for the '14 and up trucks.

I think diesels are the only ones that have cab mounts

If you're referring to the current gen trucks, I'm not sure what you mean. The diesels use the EXACT same mounting points as the gas engine trucks, but two of the mounts on the passenger side are modified (hardware) so as to not interfere with the DEF tank under the passenger floorboard.

The '15 does have a welded nut. Its on the rear hole on the rocker panel. Its for the bottom hole i believe .. kinda hard to explain. I may be able to get a pic here soon

???

The rocker panel on my '15 CC has TWO welded nuts at the two positions along the bottom edge under the front doors. The two positions under the rear doors require the "speed clips" in both the holes in the bottom of the rocker and the vertical panel under the truck.

Is it just me or they on backwards? I thought the slats were suppose to go the other way. Another member here put them on backwards as well.

They are symettrical other than the direction of the slots, I put them on like that because I thought it would catch less wind and prevent any noise from wind whistling throught the steps. They are backwards technically yes.

I got the factory rectangle style from the dealer.....I love them as there is plenty of pad to sep on & IMO look better than oval

Yours are considered Oval.

So I took my rb10s off for some amps. Had em one for a few 1000 miles. I just noticed that one board is peeling the black texture on the bottom side in a straight line. Almost like a seam is peeling loose or something. Anyone else have this issue? GoRhino wants me to send them in. Gonna be a pain in the rear to get boxed up and ship.
