Truck did not come with factory steps. For the price ($140 complete but new open box) I have no complaints. Grip is a bit rubbery which is perfect. Can't speak about longevity. Brackets were nice and powder coated black. There is minimal flex when stepping just forward or rear of the last brackets such as when cleaning windows.

Shoot me a PM and I send the vendor info as it was off eBay.

Thanks, I went immediately to eBay after I saw yours. One auction had closed which was probably yours and there was one other that had two sets available. I'm trying to justify taking mine off and replacing them. That vendor was selling them for 175.00 with free delivery but did not indicate if they had the black end caps or the chrome ones.

It was listed at 175 but I sent a best offer at 140 and they took it. I would start there or close. Items arrived looking near new with all components. Nothing had been opened it appeared despite advertised as open box used.

Looking for a set of Low Profile running boards that i don't have to worry about rusting out. I love the look of the N-Fabs, but ive heard mixed reviews on quality. Are there any aluminum or composite boards out there that don't look like they belong on my grandpa's truck?

Those look really good!

Installed Ionic Gladiator Brite today. Purchased from ebay as new open box. Arrived looking brand new. Wanted a full length running board with grip along the entire length. These were $140 shipped which included the full hardware and all. Comes with chrome and black end caps. I preferred the black which is good because one of the chrome was damaged. Otherwise very happy for the price. IMG_20170122_153024_zpsc1dkoiko.jpg

I have a new 2016 Silverado regular cab 8' bed and looking for nerf bars/ running board that will allow access to the bed. Will a set for a crew cab/double cab work/fit without out drilling?

I had the same concern with steel steps rusting. I went with the DeeZee NXT boards. They are powdercoated aluminum.

looks good

Thanks.

I made some filler pieces that attach to the back of the boards and fill in the gap between the boards and rocker panels. The gap made the boards look like they needed mounted higher.

those DeeZee's look great. Where are the best deals for them now that the 10% rebate has expired? Has anyone bought them since the new year?

Dee Zee's are at the top of my list along with these:

Can get them for $250 on ebay

Steelcraft also makes them:

They fit nice and tight on a Colorado.

Anyone have any real world experience and pics with either of these?

I like the RB10's but they are expensive for what they are and have heard quailty control issues with peeling and looking dirty from dust that is hard to clean.

Does anyone have any experience with these Tyger Star Armor? They get good reviews on the Jeep forums, I did a quick search here but haven't seen anyone with them.

I don't have these, but I have other tyger steps. They came damaged, ordered from Amazon. Contacted them for a return/replace/refund, they tried to replace them but stated that they did not have any more in the warehouse so Tyger just refunded my money. So I have Tyger steps for free, that have a small dent in both, but being matte black you cannot tell unless you are staring at them. I cared because they were brand new, now I don't care because free.
