Plastidipped the area between the side windows so it looks cleaner. Also dipped the Z71 and SIERRA emblems on the sides only and the chrome door molding. So now all that is black. Also removed the antenna completely. Haven't noticed any reception issues and I took the truck for a 2 hour drive tonight. Can't post pics right now for some reason but wish I could to show yall! Looks so much better.

EDIT: got a photobucket so now I can post this way434E86EB-883C-4E6F-B247-0E82C5AD4BBA_zps

Thanks man! I'm really liking the black/white/chrome theme I've got. I think the white diamond looks better with some black accents.

Here's the latest thing I've done to my black CC Silverado. Added amber LED clearance lights to the OEM mirrors. I know the photo are too dark, I will take some photos during the day/evening.

What did you use to hold the clearance lights in place? I used a black plastic sheet that I then plasti-dipped to match the grill along with some 3M automotive tape. It looks clean, but I'm thinking of using something sturdier

Enjoy!

Really like those footwell LED's that you installed. I plan on installing some as well except I will have them wired to the dome light, can't be that hard right?

I have just one question though- is the white that those put off equivalent to the soft white of the dome lights? Thanks and nice truck!

I had to make brackets myself out of black plastic sheet too, I cut the diamond/honeycomb shape just a hair bigger than the opening on the grill to attach it with locktite 5 second super glue. looks very clean but it's not "bolted on" to anything. I've had them on since a week or two after bringing it home from the dealership, no issues yet, still strongly glued and no sign of wearing off.
