What have you done to your K2 today?

That's a little scary. I'm just going to avoid reading those forums, lol. Do you know if its the trinity's with the more issues or the intunes also? I guess the bright side is they can bring your pcm back to life. Sucks you gotta go thru this though. I've settle on a tune setup so once my free oil changes are up I'll probably just leave it installed long term and not touch it for oh the next 7-8 years.

Never looked at the intune forum just the trinity. If i end up going with another tune (sketched out from this one, my bullydog never gave me any issues) it will be a blackbear tune for sure. First time i figured it was a fluke, now that it has happened a second time im taking any chances again lol

Got the bumpers back from powdercoat and mocked up the led fog lights. Going to chrome the Rigid adapter plate so there is no black plastic left on the front end...

 

 

Also installed an OEM Summit White NAV Antenna. More pics to follow this weekend once I get the body lift finished and bumpers put back on

How do you like it with it off? They look nice off but seeing the tabs where the bolts go bugged me. I had to trim mine and put it back on. Happy medium.

I like the way it looks a lot better. I guess im not too concerned about thay, unless you are really looking for that you probably won't notice it. Not worried about the MPG either. Already have bigger tires on it and going to level it when I have time to install. How does yours look trimmed? Im keeping mine, if if does ever bother me that could be an option for me too.

I literally installed couple hours ago, so far, so good. Is fully integrated, fast and work as intended (I did research quite a bit before I purchase, so my expectations were right) I have upgraded a couple systems with them before and never had an issue.

Install is very easy, came with good instructions and there are good videos on their web site.

I have no idea about core exchange, but doug is really good at replaying to emails.

Can you hold the phone button on your steering wheel to activate Siri (as it currently works on my 2015)?

 

Also, do you have to have a USB connection or does it work through Bluetooth?

I didn't try the steering wheel button, if you hold the apple home button on the screen of the truck Siri come up.

CarPlay work only when connected via cable so the phone needs to be plugged via usb

They provided me with a dual usb plug to replace the one inside the center console so the media slot and aux in are lost ( I don't care because I don't use them) Bluetooth works are usual but no CarPlay via Bluetooth
