Fyreman97 Posted February 15, 2017 Posted February 15, 2017 Here is a better video of the Borla touring exhaust on my 2017 Silverado 5.3. Def. louder then stock in and out of cab. 3

Was that with the windows up or down? Sounds good! I'm looking for something that has that similar low sound, but I drive a LOT and don't want something that will interfere with bluetooth calls too much

It settles down a lot when cruising under no load. When the radio is on can't really hear it.( although I know it's there.)! 1

Everything else is stock. The V4 is hardly noticeable to me. Did you only replace the muffler, or did you remove the resonator and flapper valve? it sounds great! It's a full cat back. Everything from the third cat back is all new from Borla, bolted right on. And it's a split side exit so the muffler is a single in and dual out. Edited February 15, 2017 by Fyreman97
asalinasz39 Posted February 15, 2017 Posted February 15, 2017 (edited) Should be interesting to see how they hold up. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk Seller changed price to $324 now but still other sellers on ebay have them for $187. They might not hold up too well in the upstates. But here in deep south texas hopefully they last a while given that we dont have snow. Will keep you guys posted on the resuslts. pgamboa Posted February 17, 2017 Posted February 17, 2017 How about a "What have you NOT done to your K2 today?" [emoji23] So I bought a rear bumper for my 2016 - 1500 truck and thought all rear bumpers are the same?! NOT! I bought one off a 2015 Sierra 2500. After 3 fun hours of figuring out and successfully removing my bumper, transferring the Park assist sensors... it didn't fit! LOL. The support bracket is slightly bigger on the 2500 bumper. The overall bumper components are slightly different. I wonder if it's because it's from a Sierra or the fact that it's from a 2500. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1

Did you see if the brackets will come off of your old bumper and go on that one? Not sure if that will work but it might. 1
