aaronarf Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 I had no idea that could just be pulled off. I was planning on plasti dipping mine while it was still on. How do you take it off? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk You need to drill out the rivets holding your front plate bracket on if you have a front plate. There's two metal retainer clips on each side on the backside that have to be removed, then work the clips. I removed the bottom first. The clips on top are very fragile, I broke a few. Put the front plate bracket back on with SS bolts and washers. You can see the clip holes here Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

TexasTallBoy Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Hey Sierra HD Hood guys... have you noticed less vibration in the hoods? Aside from the absolute added sexy factor... I'm curious about this. Seeing as we have 80-85MPH speed limits in Texas, once i hit that 75-80 mark, I get some visible (not audible) vibration in the middle of the hood, back by the cowl. No major issue, just annoying with a truck that's a month old...
acc412 Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 I removed my Air dam which makes my truck look SOOO much better. I also added a 5% tint sun strip

gary.smedley Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Quoted for perfection. Thanks. Much appreciated. I wanted something subtle that the wife wouldn't be intimated to drive (she knows I'm OCD about my vehicles) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro 1
pgamboa Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Finished my front end upgrade (for now anyways). Upgraded Headlights from Stock LT HID to LTZ LED (color matched trim), new bumper now has Park Assist Holes (capped for now). Will look into retrofitting park sensors later. Illuminated Bow Tie. aaronarf Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Added a new item to my recovery box. Southeast Overland soft shackle since a standard clevis shackle doesn't fit through the factory tow points. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk 1

ChevyRoofer Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 (edited) Put on new $ 25 mudflaps today. Definitely a steal as the Gatorbacks in all black are ~ $150.00 for the rears. I will be painting the stainless steel. Edited March 21, 2017 by ChevyRoofer
Gilisfloyd Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 Got rid of my chrome on the lower valence with some plastidip. Washed and waxed the truck as well Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk Is that a Corsa Sport? How do you like it? Yesterday I added 3" lift spindles to my already bilstein 5100's on the top setting. I drove around hauling an invisible trailer and got an alignment. The ride itself is actually not bad. It's firm, but it's a nice firm. Today I replace stock blocks with blocks to raise the rear 2 inches. I haven't measured it yet, but the stance looks a lot better than before. cbrsilv15 Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 Got my $10 ac Delco cabin filter from amazon today. I can't believe the dealers sell these for so much. 1
