Started getting the things needed to install a sub in my truck. I picked up a JL amp, Audio Control LC2 and a bass knob. Going to order my sub here in a few days. Decided to go with the JL custom box to replace the stock bose shit.

Said the same when I moved to Texas 10 years ago. She said “it’ll be higher this year since you are new to the county.” Lol. The higher price was still more than half of what it cost in CA.

Installed the winter tire set up tonight.

I take that back. I got my gauge cluster today and threw that in. Took me all of 10 minutes. Hardest part was flipping the plug around like a usb end.

Did you get a whole new cluster? If so did you get the dealership to "flash" it?

Ours start at $95 when new and drop from there depending on the age of the vehicle.  They used to charge according to the sticker price...I had some dandy fees when I was younger and drove Cadillacs and Corvettes!!

I bought a used cluster off ebay after digging about for one that would work. Then sent it directly from shipper to Chris White @GTPprix. He was so helpful. He had to put up with my constant emailing and annoying him on whether or not the clusters I was looking for would fit. He clearly has a lot of patience for my idiocy. He turned it around on the weekend and sent it straight to me.

LOL you were fine man!!! Glad you're happy it looks great!! As to the OP's question no dealers cannot flash for retrofits of different style clusters, we do this for dealers all over the world.

Installed a wireless charger in the jump seat. Took 5-10 mins tops. Eventually might hard wire to the cig lighter but for right now just running off the USB port. Thanks to Chris from the forum for the quick how to video
