Those of you wanting a dark green, Rainforest Green Metallic (available on Cruze and Corvette (Lime Rock Green) currently) will be available early spring for $495. Double cab and crew cab, LT and LTZ initially. More availability comes for July.

If available in April, I would assume that would still be 2014 trucks, is it unusual for a manufacture to add colors in the middle to late run of a model year?

Yes. March is when they will start offering the color for production and will start off during the last few months of the 2014 model year.

i love the way the gmt800's looked in green. the only bad thing about green is that it such a dark color that it shows scratches easily. cant wait to see what the K2's look like in green.

Double and crew at the same time? It seems unusual that both plants would make the paint shop changes.

 

The diamond white is still only available in the crew cab plant. (Mexico)

Hopefully when I'm ready to trade up they will have cyber grey that was offered on the C6 Corvette Grand Sport. Grey was my first choice but the Titanium Metallic just didn't do it for me.

I could've sworn I saw a 2014 with that green a month or two ago. At this point I can't recall if the truck had a M plate or not but regardless I think that green is a great color.

Ya the cyber gray looks great would have got that instead of black if it was available.

Guard over at local nissan plant said my irrridium metallic GMC Sierra was Green at least that is what he marked down on the parking pass. I am not sure how to describe it does it look green to you?

The GM.ca (Canadian) website section under "Build and Price" for Silverado (didn't check GMC) now has the Rainforest Green Metallic color as an option - no extra cost is listed at this time. Also, no photo of the truck is available in that color when you select it. But, it is now a selectable option!
