Aftermarket LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL's)

I was afraid they were going to look like too.

They aren't anywhere near advertised but I think I might like them better. Did you run them with your daytime running lights? If so how bright are they during the day?

I connected it to the low beam wires. The instructions say wire it to the plug where all the wires are on the back of the housing and tap into the red wire for power and black for ground. My plug doesn't have a red wire so I didn't want to tap into something I didn't know. During the day it seem like it was bright enough for people to see you, even tho i wish it looked like one of those Audis with the solid drl.

but they are 24" long and you can't modify the length. Plus $90 is a little pricey for a "universal" type kit IMO.

it looks pinkish but is not haha, is blueish white like most leds

I sent putco and email and they got back to me. I just told them that they need to fix that picture for the g3 light on the 2014 silverado because they product is not like the picture. I don't mind having mine like it is. I just don't want people buying it expecting one thing and getting another. The guy said he will let the engineers and tech people know.

I doubt you'll be happy with those. The only places I would use these is where they would be hidden and you only see the light
