I'm curious to see this. I've been contemplating trying 295/70r18 STT Pros when I put Kings on the front, but I think those are wider than the Trail Graps in the same size, albeit slightly shorter, so it would likely cause issues. Is yours purely a highway cruiser, or do you go off-road at all? I would think these might not rub with trimming, but might have some contact under a bit of articulation.

Trying to figure out my next setup but am a little confused with what offset to choose. I've got a 2015 Double Cab 4x4 and will be putting a 2" MotoFab level on it with Fuel Assault 18x9 wrapped in 275/75 Falken Wildpeak AT3W's. Should I go with a -12, +1 or +20? I would like the tires to come out to pretty near even with the Wheel wells. I'm thinking a +1 would be the right choice?

These are 285/65/18 on 18x9 +12 wheels with a 2" level. The front tires are about 1/4" past the top of the fenders. A +1 with 275s will stick out about 1/2-3/4".

Went simple for now:

Stock suspension, 275/60/20 BFG K02, GM black 5-spoke wheels.

Okay, then it if my math is somewhat correct a +20 offset should bring me about 1/4" of an inch inside the wheel well then with 275's. Would that require much trimming? I am trying to avoid doing any of that.

yea if the truck is going to be flexed quite i bit i can see them rubbing in some unique situations, although mine only rubbed ever so slightly that i just had to take away some of the plastic body cap. its fine for me because i dont go heavy four wheeling just enough to get my snowmobiles out into the woods or quads etc. Im lucky enough to have a company car for work so i view the truck as a toy

I'm guessing the edges of your tire rubbed, right? The extra 1/4" width of the STT Pros would make that worse, I think. I'm not doing any rock crawling, but my truck sees it fair share of higher speeds on crappy forest service roads.

275s on an 18" rim aren't going to rub anything on a stock or leveled truck all the way out to -6 offset (possibly as far as -12). My 275/65r18 Nitto G2 are 32x10 on stock +31 and have inches of clearance in all directions.

You are going from +31 to a +20 rim, that pushes the edge of your tire out from stock about .43". A little more if your new tire is wider than your stock tire. For example, if you are 9" wide tread stock, and you go to 10" wide tread, your new tire will stick out 1/2 of that distance or .5".

Add the rim offset (.43") to 1/2 of the new tire tread width (.5") and your new setup will stick out ~1" further than your stock setup.

you are right, might want to go with the next size down for that kind of use. although at 40 psi and my fox 2.0's the truck rode sweet over nastry frost heave ridden roads up in new hampshire even pulling a trailer

Looks great!

I think that's the first set of 20" Methods I've seen.

Yup, it is. I found 17's and 18's of these wheels on trucks, but no 20's.

What sucks is they used to make 20x10. Now they only do 20x9. I had 20x10 MR301's on my old truck.

Here is mine

2" RC Level

285/65r18 Trail Graps

Stock 18s

I plan on going to a 20X9 w/ a 295/55r20 here in the next few months. Have any of you successfully put on a 295/60r20 on 2" level w/ out trimming? I am looking at aroun +14 - + 18 offset wheels.
