LED Headlight Mod Sierra 1500

She no longer sell directly anymore. You have to find distributor on ebay now. Keyword is 4500lm and you can get "9006" they called it but they fit without any cutting.

 

I went with it just to see if they are brighter, if not, they would be a plus for my fogs anyway. When I went and pulled out my DDM bulbs, I noticed they were hazing up - clouding showing where the source of light would be emitted. I also noticed my two bulbs are emitting different colours now just bothers me.

 

Instant on is always nice as I can actually warn incoming traffic during day time for upcoming hazards etc. They also provide a better light spread on low beam. Highbeam is not as good as HIDs but with my fogs making up for them. Highbeam is still definitely better than halogen bulbs though

It's as sharp as stock imo.

Can someone post a picture of the beam (low and hi) with the LED bulb?

Installed Xenon Depot PSX24W fogs this evening. Im going to install the XD headlights this weekend. Before and after pics below.... This forum has been very helpful. Thanks to everyone that takes the time to post. Love the look of the new LED's... Huge improvement over stock with just the fogs.

I'm ordering the XenonDepot LED Headlight Kit and want to order the Cree LED Fog's but I'm unsure if I should get the 5k or 6k for the fogs? I don't like the blue look and but want them to be a good match. The XD Headlight kit says it's 6k, but looks very white (not blue) anyone got the two installed have any advice?

I ordered the OPT7 LED headlights (6K) and foglights 5K. There are a big improvement over the stock headlights and foglights. The installation only took 20 minutes.

Since you folks have had good luck with the Xenon Depot LED package, I ordered one this morning with some LED fog light replacements. I liked what I have seen on here, will report back once I have them installed.

I bought the Xenon Depot with CANBUS but never ended up using them. I am selling the headlights and fogs, new never opened. I just decided to take my chances with Morimoto HIDs and XB LED fogs for a more fun project.

About the pull the trigger on the

Is this going to blow my mind compared to stock lighting. I'm most concerned with being able to see the sides of the road and actually being able to see when I turn a corner.

I purchased the 9012 LED headlightkit that looks just the XD ones.

 

After 7 months they are doing great.

Ebay had them for $39, I think they are $45 now.

I installed my xenon depot lights, and they seem very dim at night, I am not seeing the brightness that you folks are seeing out there. I am also having problems with the passenger side light, it keeps going out. Thinking it could be overheating or the plug is not making a solid connection. Will pull this weekend to see. Also when I pulled out my old bulbs they were very yellow not sure what that means.
