Good Deal?

Currently looking at purchasing a new 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 Lt double cab. MSRP is right about $42,300. It's part of chevy's black friday event and is currently priced at $32,545. With TT&L it comes to $34,343. I myself think its a pretty good price for the truck, but i wanted some opinions. It's a Texas edition, 20" rims, lt plus package, bed lights, 5.3, and factory Nav. Thoughts? Also, gonna try and get the dealer to throw in some side steps.

Hard to pass up on if it has features that you are looking for in your next truck. Looks sharp if you ask me, and the price sounds nice.

Very avg deal. A few gmc dealers in central tx have had 17 sierras for $10k off for the last few months. I would press for 12-13 off or go get a 17. However if it is the truck you want and you are ok with the money go for it, that is all that matters.

Agreed, a fairly decent deal. I doubt you'll be able to do any better before the end of the year.

Good deal. Do an extensive test drive on normal and highway roads up to at least 75Mph. Anything you don't like about the way it drives, please ask them to address it. Then drive another one or two for comparison before you sign paperwork. CYA buddy

As others have said an average deal at best. Laura had some DC's advertised at over 15k off MSRP recently. Saw some 16 SLT premiums at around $35,000.00 WITH THE 6.2 I would keep shopping unless I just HAD to have something right now.

If you have to have new, I would keep looking.

Buy used and save $$$. :happysad:

This!

After spending a lot of time on this forum, there are a few things I would definitely make sure of before I purchased.

-Vibrations at any speed

-any funky transmission behavior

-afm activation, should be able to feel or hear absolutely zero difference when it switches to and from v4
