Ok, I'm sure you guys have heard this million times. I have a 2015 silverado high country 1500. I'm looking to change to tow mirrors. I bought the mirrors and harness from GM and installed the drivers side only. Everything seems to work except for the power fold.

He purchased the mirror kit that isn't Power Fold. Part # 23372181.

 

We are working through it and getting correct Mirrors.

Glad we got this sorted out. That "Kit" doesn't come with Power Folding Mirrors.

 

DL8 to DL3 Very satisfied with Pgomboa's plug n play harness

I do. As a matter of fact, it will do both auto Dim and auto fold with FOB.

 

It does have dependencies that will require some light pinning (1 wire) to the door connector.

 

The module is an aftermarket module that I haven't sourced in bulk yet. The demand just on the regular PnP harnesses has kept me super busy.

how about create a harness that when the auto-dimming starts, it turns on some bright spot lights pointing out the back. LOL

That's why I used to carry a portable spotlight in my old truck.

PGamboa strikes again! Couldn't be happier with the harness he created for me. I went from DL8 mirrors to tow mirrors very easy thanks to the help from Phil. This guy knows his stuff, he's super helpful, great communication, and gets you what you need FAST! Thanks again Phil!
