Does anybody know if these trucks came without the passenger side grab handle in the inside? Maybe a work truck... if anybody knows or has a part number that would be great...

Ordered storage organizer and cover for rear seat and parts guy said they have to check to see if I can use it, yes it has been almost 9 months but there's no expiration date on coupon. I've been a loyal customer buying multiple trucks and my dad but if they dont let me use this thats over with.

Did you ever get the organizer and rear seat cover?

I finally got around to stopping by the dealer today. I placed an online order for the parts so I know that they would have them. Got the email yesterday and went in today, showed the guy my coupon, told him I bought my truck in Feb, and he was like, $10...

I picked up the console tray organizer and the truck bed web, can't complain!

No dealership is giving me run around saying the GM rep is coming in next week and they will let me know. I explained to them Ive spent over $250 k there in vehicles and if there willing to lose a customer over this thats on them and that the best or worst advertising is "word of mouth". Needless to say I do not have my hopes very high.

Drove down to my dealer today and picked up the front and rear molded mud flaps, he had both and said total was $115 including tax so I handed him my coupon, he took a minute to write the VIN number on it and said I was good to go. I ask him who to pay the extra $15 to and he said I was good to go and they would adjust the price to $100 total. Now I got to figure out how to make a homemade riv-nut tool. Dang Engineers could of done several different options to install these but nope, need a tool for the riv nuts.

I just installed the rears on mine. I used a ratching combination wrench to hold the T15 bit. It was a PITA with the 22's on but I got it done. I skipped the middle hole. The front end gave me pause when I saw were I had to drill and had to really think about it. I think I'll tackle them this weekend.

How long does it take for the email to show up?

Mine was there by the next morning.

Do you have to do it through the dealer you bought from? I bought my truck last month at a dealer that's an hour away, but I have a local dealer less than a mile from my house. $100 might make the drive worth it, but if I can use the local....

Mine printed with the seller name at the top of the email and they tie it to your VIN so id about say yea but who knows.

I purchased my Sierra from a dealership almost 2 hours away. It would have costed me more in gas to drive up there so I called up the dealership abd explained. I was asked to forward the email and after they got approval from a manager my new exhaust tip is in the mail for Friday. Cost me an extra $13 to ship but just driving there and time spent make it well worth it!

So, the local dealership says they can't do it for me, since I didn't buy from them. Next step is, trying the dealership I did buy it from. Problem is, their webpage doesn't have the shop-click-drive button on their webpage, so I can't print off the coupon with their name on it. Ugh! Just give me my stuff! lol

Yup, that's what I was afraid of as well about the dealer I bought mine from, luckily they were part of the 'shop-click-drive' program. They were 45/mins away, but eh, free stuff is free stuff.. :ughdance:
