Long Term Level Reviews

I searched for a half hour before any of you say it. even on google.

So some of you at this point have been running your level kits for a while now. I recently got a new set of wheels and wanted to give the truck an altitude adjustment. Tires have some life so im going to stick with the for a while before moving up. I keep bringing myself back to the RC 2.5 but can't bite the bullet.

What do you all think after riding the level kits for a while?

There are pros and cons to it but I wouldn't ever go back to stock. I have the Bilsteins set at max and I think it handles the big bumps and hill, whoops, etc. better then stock and probably better then a spacer style leveling kit.

2.5 RCX front + rear blocks on 2014 Sierra Z71. 36K so far and no issues. Jarring coming off a speedbump or pothole, but everyday ride is close to stock. No regrets. May go Fox + Cognito if ball joints worn when I put on new tires in a year, but if they OK, I'll just stick with the RCX spacers.

First level for me was a Ford F-250. It had front/rear leafs. I had the leaf springs recurred and a leaf added to the rear for a level. Pulled a 5th wheel great. Traded for GMC Sierra 2500. Did a torsion key only level. Did great until about 100k. Started to make clunking and creaking noises. Traded it before problems. New one staying stock.

2.5 level on mine for 45k and no issues so far. And my truck gets more off-road abuse than most cause of work.

Not a pavement princess. When the parts go bad I'll replace. Nature of the beast.

I have had my 2" level on my Silverado almost since the beginning. So I'll say 1.5-2 years? Level is made by Zone.

I still love it. Just enough added height. Didn't notice any difference in the way it drove either.

If your in California I'll give you a smoking deal on a set of Bilstein 5100's set at the highest setting! They were used for 15,000 miles. Best way to level! this way you do not bottom out your stock shocks and they are much better than the stock coilovers and shocks...

eBay 2" bottom spacers here. $20. Been months and haven't taken it for a re-alignment yet. Drives straight. Tires wear normal. I have the 20" wheels but really want some 18's.
