Do you like your job/career

I love what I do.  I am very fortunate.  I feel happy and fulfilled.

I work part time as a police officer and I show up, and sometimes star, in movies.    I am also the trophy husband of a young glorious wife, that is an awesome specialist physician.

:)   Among other thing, it all keeps me in a new truck.

But I still have to walk the dog and stop at the store for more eggs.  Life is mostly normal, no matter what you do.

I love my Job / Career because it combines my two passions.  I work in IT for an Automotive Manufacturer.  Before that I was at Apple for 7 years.

Well after posting this I decided to pack up everything and move half way across the country (Texas) for a new job!  Excited for the new area and the new career path.  Now I am doing IT for an Automotive Finance company and so far I feel like it was a great decision.

Excellent, I am glad you are doing something you are passionate about and love.

Work wouldn't be so bad if there weren't so many women around. I'm automatically entitled to their opinion and they have to drag feelings into everything.

Them's the breaks I suppose. The paychecks sure are nice though :)

Yes, I do. I am planning to buy new office space, who knows a professional fire protection company which has a high level of expertise in a variety of related fields?

What does this have to do with GM trucks?  Which do you prefer, Budweiser or Miller beer?

Miller Light! Budweiser is rubbing alcohol and gives me headaches.

Disabled Vet/Disabled Retired .Mil and had quite a few surgeries. I aint worked in 9 years and all I do is hunt and fish and I love it. Was a guinea pig for UC Davis in Cali to do some experimental spine surgery that was declared illegal in Federal Court.

I can’t sue ‘em...immunity since it was done in the San Francisco VA...but I can git drunk and catch fish til I die. Thanks fer workin Fella’s.

I love my work as a chemical (process) engineer in an oil refinery. I'll say the one downside I see right now is they tend to like to move me to a new role as soon as I get good at the one I'm in but, on the plus side, it means I have ample opportunities to continue learning and developing new skills.

To echo what someone (sorry, I can't remember who) said above, engineering is definitely my calling, rather than just a job to pay the bills.
