Ron, 42-44 is way up there.

I suggest going down to about 35-37.

Great looking Silverado!

Door stampings are not the same.

GMC has a raised back to front "sweep" transition

Chevy has a raised front fender to door sweep/transition in the opposite direction as the GMC.

The cab and the rear doors are the only two visible shared sheet metal items for T1.  And other than the carbon bed, the bed floor/inner side walls would be the same as well.

WOW looks sweet!  What did you go with for the leveling kit?

My receipt says Chevy level kit but if I’m not mistaken the tech said Rough Country.

Just home with a blue High Country. We needed to downsize, so traded in our 2013 Silverado and 2015 Suburban. Truck is fantastic and love having the 6.2L. Compared the the engines in the other 2, this has some balls.

The interior made my 2013 seem like a dinosaur.

Overall great feedback on the the new trucks.

Everyone seems to be liking them more than K2s and GMT900 trucks.

Word of mouth is going to be key to sales success it seems.

Maybe FORD can be toppled. Fleet owners buck up to GM for 2019 and send the F150 packing!

    • I understand that. The price is what it is, though. The price is what oil costs today, where our choices have led us, where supply is, and where demand is, in the market that is. Speculation is for futures, what we think the price will be, but with incomplete information at the time the price is forecast. I know you know this, but you appear to be intent on making a secondary point here about what you think the market could or should be, if only other choices.   In 1975 it became illegal to export US Crude. I'm conflicted on what the best answer is. Free markets allow export in pursuit of profit. But there is also a lot to gain by producing and consuming our own oil here. How do you reconcile it?
    • That sir is a choice. And even if it were not for all the reasons stated, this disruption has zero to do with the reality of the actual logistics and everything to do with the greed of SPECULATION. Spot price is irrelevant to reality.
    • What I think you're saying is there is supply here at home, and in Venezuela, and we could ease pricing if only it were favorable to do so.   Well, yes?   But that's not the current market. Supply isn't what could someday exist, if only, it's what producers are willing to produce and sell at a certain price point.   The national price of single family homes would come way down if we'd just slap together a few million homes this summer.   RAM and GPUs would get a lot cheaper if we just set up some factories to produce a bunch more and stopped using it to build out AI data centers.
    • The turn signal/multifunction switch is faulty.  I've seen a few of these go bad at work.
    • I am experiecing the same issue, I have gone in the setting and disabled rain sensing function but I am still experiencing this. Whe i use my turn signal they will redomly turn on. Anyone have any advice? . rain-sensing function, but I am still experiencing this issue Sometimes they stay on, and other times we swipe 2 or 3 times and stop. It's super annoying, especially after a fresh wash. When I use my turn signal, they will randomly turn on.
