Dealer replaced front driver's side axle seal (p/n 22761722) under warranty at 25K miles due to dripping, throwing oil under driver side of 6.2l engine. Anyone else have this problem? What is root cause?

Those seals are exposed behind the axle flange that spins all the time.. Something gets between the flange and seal wiping the seal out..
It's not unusual.
