Ok

But

If you don't get the difference of debris hitting the side of your truck with wheels that stick out compared to wheels inside the fender well........

To your  lifted truck?

I saw this this morning

I'm not into the stretched tire look. Yuck.

Plenty of room there for something a little taller and narrower.

Just my opinion though I'm sure the younger murdered out guys like it and that's cool.

BTW the paint on that truck was super swirly from washing all the dirt off it that the tires throw all over the sides of the truck. It was a 16 -18.

Mines stick out alittle bit but I love the way my truck looks don’t give a F*#€ what anybody says, everybody gonna have their own opinion so it doesn’t even matter aslong as you like what you have. To be honest I don’t like when the wheels are all tucked inside especially when u have a lift looks kinda dumb, idk sometime it just depends on the wheels u have.

Looks like a lot of people talking crap with stock looking grandpa trucks.  If you pay for your truck you can do what ever you want.  Mine is on 22x12 wheel.  So not stretched but a wide rim.  Trucks that are lifted and have a narrow stance look like they are going to tip over.

I agree that people are welcome to modify their trucks as they wish as long as these modifications don't reduce safety for the driver or others.  I do object to any effort to use the word "grandpa" as a negative term to describe a truck or how someone drives.  I always viewed seniors as older versions of me with a lot more life experience.  I did not criticize their ideas or actions and respected that they may know stuff that I've yet to experience.   I am now a "grandpa" truck owner and driver and often reflect on what my grandpa or Dad would do in a given situation.

He definitely hasn’t been to truck or car club events. Most of the vehicle owners are grandpa and grandmas. The young ones are the ones with their mouths dropped open.

I don't disagree with you but styles change in everything.  It's just a newer style.  I have always modified every car or truck I have owned.  At 37 I still like to keep up with the styles.  But at my age I tone it down just a little bit just to be a little more user friendly.  If I don't like a style i just don't do it.  Just like right now in the south everybody want to raise the front and lower the back.  I don't get it but to each is their own.  Like when I was in college everybody was on spinners.  Think how stupid that is now.

I'd like to add that most of the grandpa's don't care about mods on cars or trucks. What they care (or worry) about is the safety aspect.

In my area are so many lifted trucks and I can tell from a distance that most of the owners just did a "hack job" and didn't follow through.

Best example would be the adjustment of the headlights after a lift or level.
