GM Center Console Tray

Recommended Posts

I just got the GM center console tray, and you have to sort of wedge it in for it to fit. I bought a cheaper one from Amazon at first, and it just sits on top of the rails. Is this normal for the GM brand tray? Anybody have any similar experiences or feedback about the GM brand tray? Thanks!

I bought the same one you did, and yes it is a little snug. But it works.

I bought this one on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R8G6H66/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

There are many different choices just like this on Amazon. Mine fits very nicely. A little play in it, but I don't mind. (font to back, not side to side)

The cheaper one had kinda sharp edges and felt a little cheap. And I needed something extra for my wife to give me for Christmas ?

Yes, it just snaps down onto the rails and is snug as a bug in a rug!  Love it.

Cool, yea you gotta push down, and it sort of snaps in place. It concerned me because the cheaper Amazon just dropped into place. But the cheaper one had some play and doesn’t feel as secure.

I got this one off Amazon on Monday. It fits perfectly and is a lot cheaper than the OEM version. The one in your link looks like the one I had in my 16. It may fit in the newer trucks but looks to be the older version.

So I have ended up with 4 different trays haha. But the crazy thing, they all fit differently. I’m still trying to decide which one I like the best.?
