Unfortunately, they rethought plan A and decided to shut it all down.  Going to be a lot of ripple effects from that move alone.  Hope it's all worth it.

Anyone know if trucks that are already built will be shipped to the dealers?

No idea, but I suspect the dealers would be chomping at the bit to get them to maintain some sort of cash flow.  At this point I would not mind if mine were built, but being held somewhere until this all blows over.  I think holding cash close at hand is a smart thing to do these days.

I was thinking the same thing.  Even if my truck showed up tomorrow, I am not convinced it would be the wisest choice to go get it.

Yeah, I am definitely starting to bend that way as well.  Although...I would rather it was sitting in my nice warm garage out of the snow and sun than at the dealer.  I guess we will cross that bridge when we get there.

I'm assuming our dealer will be closed soon.  In the meantime, they sent this out:

This is in Canada, specifically Calgary, where we have been hit hard by the pandemic and the drop in oil prices.  There are a ton of programs being introduced from all sorts of companies here.

In terms of the trade ins, a lot of our trades end up going to the US, and given our dollar has dropped so much, we can get a bit of a premium.

That should not be impacted as its not GM handling that.  I heard on another forum a worker at the Flint truck plant said he was laid off the past Friday. So no HD trucks being built till ?.
