I just want to recap my cost to install fog lights.

 

Fog light from dealer $250+ tax

Install non dealer.       $200

Program at dealer.      $140  

 

Is $590 worth it for 100% OEM LEDfog lights?

The programming fee should be included in the dealer install. I paid 250 for the fogs + 195 installation fee for mine so all in for 450 installed and purchased from the dealer. Also used my GM bucks to knock 100 off that price to boot.

I paid $240 for mine, installed myself and dealer programmed for free.

I want to add fogs to my Trail Boss. Is the truck pre-wired for the fogs? I just need to purchase the lights?

Hello just had mine installed Monday thru dealer...total cost was 385 but used GM rewards -100 so came to 285.00 total

I got mine for around 240 during the 25% off sale around the end of the year and dealer installed and programmed for 90some  bucks. So around 350.

I should’ve installed these myself. The dealer ended up giving me $110 Rewards points to spend so 490 total spend.

 

I do recommend for everyone to buy them at the dealer and install them at the dealer.  The dealer provides a code specific to your vehicle to program into the PCM. The ones you buy on eBay or other websites do not provide this code.
