I'm up in Canada, and was wondering what folks are getting off of MSRP on a new truck (truck im looking at is 70K cdn)?  Right now up here its $4750 from GM off the truck, with 0% over 72 months.   Dealer has offered 2k off,  I was hoping for more off the vehicle from the dealer given most of the discounts are GM so far not the dealer themselves.  What's the normal folks are getting in that price range from the dealer?

Is it 3% above invoice WITHOUT the gm discounts that people are generally trying for?  From what I see folks are trying for 12-20% off msrp, was with our without the GM/Chevy incentives?

I got 14% off MSRP but I had to stack a couple of discounts to get there. The dealer wasn't offering much in the way of dealer discounts but trucks are hot right now so they don't have to negotiate much - if you don't buy it, someone else will. It didn't help that I wanted a configuration that was hard to find. Some guys here are getting 10k off sticker but that's also regional. Nobody anywhere near my part of the world is coming close to that.

I picked mine up last week for over 10k off MSRP plus a no charge dealer package but I feel like I was in the right place at the right time.

I got my RST in March 2019 for just shy of 20% off MSRP. To my knowledge, those kinds of deal are not as common right now. I think as the year winds down, they'll return.

When I got my '19 RST I March '19,  my dealer was 11k off with first responder discount.  Last I saw, 10k was pretty much the norm with most dealers around here.

in socal, instead of getting anything off msrp, theyll ask for more....most of the local dealers ive emailed have that " if you dont buy it someone else will" mentality..... im waiting for november/december before buying...

My 52k sticker priced RST Z71 ended up being 41k out the door but I did get the First Responder discount of around $750. Very happy with my deal.

Most dealerships in my neck of the woods are still being stingy with discounts despite inventory levels starting to stabilize.

yeah i was over 20% but back in aug 2019....right now is tough, i was thinking of going back to 1500 but the hit i would take is too much.....so decided just stay with mine

I bought my 2019 RST Z71 on New Year's eve during employee pricing and got 14K USD off of the sticker price, so went from 56K to 42K.
