Exactly, with the soccer balls in there, think we know who will be buying this one.

What is going to be interesting is with all these sales of electric vehicles coming up.  What are they going to do in the way of charging stations.  Seems Tesla has that down to a science and has tons around.    They are smart and putting charging stations in with big gas convenient marts.  At least here, like Sheetz has a bunch of them.  Smart too, since those stopping to top off can get a bite to eat and drink.

The one close to me has the super charger which is the best.

I also read that the average house doesn't have a big enough electrical panel to go the more efficient route of charging and not to mention the electrical grid not being able to support it.  All things I have read and thought it was interesting.

Probably should change the panel holding the balls against the "firewall?" to a headstone, RIP V-8, V-6, good old fashioned American horsepower. You will be missed!!!

i drove by a PepBoys today, and its completly gutted, except for tires and install area, and a small office

I have a nagging feeling we Non-EV owners might be loosing access to autoparts here in California after Newsome declared a total ban on gas powered engines in a couple years. this goes hand in hand with GM and Ford buying out most all the junkyards so no access to old car parts anymore..

I’m not there yet with total electric. I’ll never be down with cylinder deactivation. The powerboost I can see that.

Saw a guy in his mid twenties today at a Casey's quick mart in an early 2000 ish Malibu that was in real nice shape. I asked him how he liked it. Fine he says. He'd bought it with 125K miles on the clock and has driven it 2 years with..get this...zero maintenance and zero issues. Yea...not even an oil change.

"V6?", I ask.

"No idea" he replies sliding behind the wheel.

"That's about to change" I quip. I get a look. "The no issues part" moron is whispered in my head.

Yea....we're in trouble.....

There’s people learning hard lessons right about now. So it’ll change. My first car was a rotary. It was a blast. We always have a couple of vehicles one could be electric. If the price was right. My wife and I drive under electric cars range a week. With the exception of our trips east. So it would be down to cost.
