Many places are now $3.49 a gallon.

That's 40-50 cent jump in less than 2 weeks.

$3.29 seems to be a popular price for RU 87, as usual some lower and some higher, I paid $3.09 yesterday at a station that was $2.95 the day before

Out taking the Sunday drive today and spotted several stations over $4 for regular 87 E-10.   COSTCO was still $3.55 :P

Even though my higher fuel mileage vehicle is now ready to go on the trip east I was thinking of taking my avalanche. It’s always ready. I just like the feel of it the best I ain’t going to lie. With the track record of those older GM full size vehicles break downs aren’t a concern. I took it to visit my mother with my wife. While reminiscing of the business trips we took together in similar vehicles in that decade. Then I passed a gas station on the freeway noticing an increase of another 10 cents a gallon. That would double my fuel cost at around 15-18 miles per gallon. Back to in town trips it goes. And to think just a few short years ago we weren’t tied to the will of opec. It seems the one thing we’re good at is giving our enemies, competition, whatever the tools to control us.

the local Speedway jumped up to 3.59, most other places around $3.39, A new station opened down the street is $3.05 trying to rebuild the business from previous owners which had the highest prices in the area. Prices are RU 87. I saw 1 place about 20 miles away that was $3.99, hope that is not a sign of the future

Some stations are down about 30 cents to $3.59. Most are even holding about $3.79, and a few are over $4.
