If it's Bose it's there.  Treble max, bass max, mid all the way down fade center. Find a song with strong bass, crank it up. If you fade all the way to the rear then start fading to the front, you'll feel when the sub kicks in.

It's a small 4" sub.  Not surprised you can't feel/hear it.

Same here, the sub in my Silverado and the wife's Tahoe hits hard that it vibrates the inside and outside mirrors.

I have a '23 high country and i swear that sub is either not there or not working.   I can't hear it or feel it with my arm on the center console.

I have a 23 Denali Ultimate and I don't feel it and I can't pick it out but with the bass in my truck I've pretty confident it's working. I had a 19 High Country and I never felt it in that truck either as a FYI.

Put on Abbey Road or the White Album. If you don’t hear separation it ain’t there.

Take it in something is wrong. You should feel it.
