Daryl I've had P-series AT3s on my truck for almost 2 years now. They've done okay. Snow performance could be better but it isn't bad either. My pick is still the General Grabber AT/2. Or despite being overpriced the BFG AT is a good tire too.

I feel the same as you on the snow performance. The last set I had on the 2011 were P-series too. The one's I ordered last night are a C Load Range. Dad has the old ATR C Load Range, and they have basically been through a war, and have held up great. If the BF's were cheaper they'd be my choice every time though.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to bash them, but the BFG AT is the single most overrated tire ever. You'd think the way people talk about them the belts are made from titanium. Well for the price they should be.

They are overpriced, I don't deny that which is why I laughed like mad back when I had the Tacoma and got General AT/2s for $100 less PER TIRE than BFGs and the truck was still a monster in the snow, drove nice on the highway and everything else I needed. They're good tires but I'd never pay a premium for them.

BFG A/T tires wore too fast for me. I got maybe 40k out of them and half the time the traction was so bad it kept slipping while it was wet out (yes I feathered the accelerator). These dick cepek fc2 tires are the same way. They grip amazing on dry pavement but when it's wet my truck is sideways in the turns (part of that is from the hard shifting tranny I have). These wore better though. Hopefully I'll have a great all around tire with these toyo m/t tires I'm getting in the next few months

Been a while since i posted, sorry guys.

Any way, i finally got some some 37s for my Z. Got a dam good deal on em. 37x12.5 Cooper STT's on 17 inch snowflakes. Tires have 9k miles on em and the wheels are in excellent shape. Cant wait to get my lift on now!

I think the Cooper STTs are the best we've had on the work truck. Had just about every other MT under the sun.

They look like a good tire.

Had to pick up two pallets of 24 count carton Cukes from one of our farms and deliver it to a customer. I couldn't hall both at the same time since they are around 2,200lbs a pallet. So I had to make two trips.

Looks like I still had some room to play with, about an inch or so from the bump stop.
