2005 Steering wheel controls help!???

I have been changing the bulbs in my in my steering wheel controls in my 2005 1500 and when i removed the bottom steering wheel control the connector came with it. does anyone know which wires go where in the connector or have a picture. that would be great. thanks

i got the wiring figured out but all of the lights in the steering wheel controls went out now. so i tested all of the lights they work properly but will not turn on. is there some kind of fuse i should check?
