The bad thing about leveling is if you put any kind of weight in the bed or tow a heavy enough trailer then the truck looks like it's dragging ass. My old 98 was leveled (was when I bought it used) and that's the only time I didn't like it leveled. If I level my current truck I would make sure it still has a rake by at least an inch or 2 by messing with the rear leaf spring blocks.

Not talking about leveling the truck, hers is lifted 7". Talking about leveling the tow mirrors lol cause they kick up on the 99- early 07 models

My bad lol. Leveled mirrors do look better. I myself don't understand the big deal about having tow mirrors just for looks though. If you need em, even on a 1/2 ton, then cool. I mean for someone that's never towed a trailer in their life and spend good money for tows. My opinion though lol.

I tow frequently. Not daily but often enough where tows are useful. Also with tows your blind spot is greatly reduced

Tell me about the blind spot reduction. It's nice on a big truck.

Understandable about the blind spots, but I just bought a couple stick on blind spot mirrors and they work well lol.

As for a lifted truck, I haven't had a lifted truck yet so I don't know. If I do get a lifted truck it will be just as a play truck and also an older truck without a computer and already have a solid front axle. An older truck will probably have bigger mirrors also.

Like I always say, it's not my money so people can do what they want to their truck. I'm just not one of those people that follow a group unless I find it usefull or I like it. So I'd only get tow mirrors if I'm actually going to use them.

I haul hay and the occasional race car so these do serve a purpose and 06 mirrors on an 06 rig look right. If this were an obs id level to follow the body lines better. I don't want the dumb gap anyway.

Why flex when you can stretch? Stretching is more sexy.
