Oh I would try hand calculating it the next time you go fill up, some members have said that their DICs are off by a MPG or 2

Was your foot off the gas and coasting down hill. ;-) I'm stretching just to get that with 20's and a leveling kit.

I am considering the RC 2.5" kit but also have the 22" wheels on order. Has anyone done this combination with the stock tire size? Any pictures would be appreciated.

Hello guys.. i have just bought a new GMC 2014 1500 regular cab Z71 and I'm going crazy..!! I just can't find the right lift and wheel size and I'm worried about the rubbing issue and car/wheel size ratio.

Find below some of the options that I'm looking at.. if you know some better options I don't mind considering, this car will be my daily driver and I'm not much of an off-roader but I need something with high quality comfort ride.

Bilstein 5100 adjustable leveling shocks with the rear shocks

RC leveling kit 2.5'' front & 1'' in the back

Fox 2.0 Front Coil-Over Shock 0-3'' Lift combined with Fox Rear Shock 0-1'' Lift

285/65/R18

285/70/R17

305/70/R16

so please help me biuld my car, pictures are highly appriciated.

that 13-16mpg on the highway is abysmal. i get 20mpg without trying commuting to work at 65 mph on cruise, going through about 10 miles of 30-50mph towns and stoplights. can get 22mpg without cruise and working the gas. 70 mile round trip. 2wd, all factory. almost 33% decrease doesnt seem right

I installed the Supersprings. Took about 2hrs. Removed tires and mounted. Having power tools would of made the install faster, I used socket wrenches. After install I got about 1 1/2" of lift. The rear end is a tad bit stiffer, not bad at all. I believe as the leafs get some miles on them they will soften a tad. Over all a good purchase. Got some rake back with the 2" level up front and the addition of a even and more stabile ride when towing. To note I used the upper mounting holes for additional lift and went with the medium duty bringing payload to 3000lbs. Not that I would load to that but its there.

The only thing you can see is the bottom of that bracket in front of the rear (front) mud flap.

Does anyone have a pic of the 2.5 lfront leveling kit and the added 1" block in the back. Just want to see how it looks with a bit of rake

I'll see what I can do. Its been raining like crazy here and don't plan in using the travel trailer till June.

Not to thread jack, but I guess I'm in between the leveled and suspension lift threads from a height perspective. I went with the 2.5" level + 1.5" Body Lift and have a total of $240 in 4"s of lift. Install was easy, retains warranty (at least according to my dealer), and is reversible unlike cutting up the crossmember for a full suspension lift. Can't go wrong with this setup in my opinion.

What Kind of mpgs you seeing?
