Yeah that's pretty damn good and well worth it indeed.  I am getting my truck lifted in a few weeks due to only having the leveling kit now.  And I am so torn between your 4.5 setup and the 6.5 with 35s.  I know it will take a huge hit with the 6.5 and 35s.  Im driving myself nut trying to decide what setup to go with.  Even thought of the 305/55/20 so its 12 wide and just a hair taller than a 33.  im back and forth!  Did you consider the 6.5 at any point and do you see yourself going bigger in the future?  Again thank you for the replies!

I was pretty convinced I wanted the 4.5 inch going into this process. The guy at the shop who did the work even sort of tried to convince me that I’d eventually want the 6.5 inch.

For one, I was a little worried that it may not fit in my garage with a 6.5 inch (it would have), and second, my local dealer sells a lot of the trucks with the 6.5 inch lifts and they always seemed so high, I just wanted something a little different.

With that said, I have spent the last couple of weeks debating on calling the shop to have the 4.5 to 6.5 conversion kit installed. My 33s have quite a bit of tread left, though, so I may run it until I have them worn down to the point where I can justify bumping it up to the 6.5 inch and 35s.

$2000 is good -- I paid $900 for my Yukon gears and $800 installed.

I had 3.42 gears like you.

Finally got around to putting on the Zone 6.5" lift on the 2014 LTZ. Had to install a Add-a-Leaf in the rear to get it to sit level. Running 35 x 11.5 Ridge Grapplers on stock wheels. 1.5" spacers in the rear to match the front poke. Very happy with the results.

Very nice truck. Did you need a spacer on the front wheels to clear the suspension.

Can’t wait to install my 8” lift with 22x10’s and 325/50/22’s. Just waiting for my wheels to show up!

No, front poke is from the lift kit. Needed 1.5" spacers in the rear to make it match. I have no rubbing whatsoever.

Just ordered 20 x 9 0 offset Hostile Rage with 33 x 12.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers from Custom Offsets. They will be here in 2 weeks and need to decide on what level kit to go with.

A local 4x4 shop recommended Fox 2.0 IFP Performance Coilovers. They quoted 1500 installed front and rear and said these would provide 2" lift with best on/off road ride quality.

This is my daily driver and looking for best ride quality along with a lift to fit new wheel tire.

What do you all think? Is this a good price? Does anyone have experience with this suspension level? Should I be looking at any other options??

I think that tire might look a bit small with a lift. I’m surprised you need lift at all with 33’s. I guess they are a little wider.  34.5x11.5 fit bone stock on a 3500.

I am happy to say that today I replaced my Rough Country 6” lift with this.

She definitely needs a wash!

BDS rear leaf springs

Thanks!

It rides so much better than the RC 6” with Fox 2.0 Coilovers.
