Are the 2014 and 2015 Sierra 1500 using the same bulds? I looked at the chart above at the beam High/Low Beams - HIR-2 (9012 LL) but most web sites do not list this part and I do not see a cross reference. What am i missing?

I am looking for these. Anyone know where I can purchase them? I have not found these diode LED fog bulbs. I am interested in trying these over the cree led bulbs.

You can buy from the link you posted. And I'm pretty sure there's some in the marketplace.

Fat fingered, and shot from the hip.

There is no "Add to Cart" like with other bulbs. Guessing they are out, I would have to call them.

I was able to add them... I am using Firefox browser and clicked the cart button below the little airplane and truck.

Thank you! Your right, I must need to update my Safari browser. Just ordered those fog lights and the phillips X-treme backup bulbs. I'll start with these before upgrading to HID high & lows next.

Yes the 2014 and 2015 Sierra use the same 9012 head light bulb. It is a combo Hi/Low beam bulb.

Does anyone know if the 2016 bulbs are the same? I would like to convert the rear license plate and reverse lights to LED.

For the standard tails (non LED), the specs are identical to the 14 and 15 models.

The new LED tail lights though might use a different reverse bulb, I'm not sure.

Hey guys, long time reader, first time poster. Thanks for all the info in this thread. Came in handy a few times.

I really like LED upgrades. For my daily, I bought a cheap kit for the interior online, then found what a difference a good quality brand makes. For my new truck, I had a head start with knowledge.

So, I opted for the Philips Xreme 6000k ultra white. For my first rounds of upgrades, I did the license plate lights, the cargo lights, 3rd brake light, and reverse lights. These bulbs are around $27/piece, hence why that's all I'm doing for now.

Very happy with the results. My truck has the factory bed lights, and the upgraded cargo lights really set it off.

FYI: For those interested these are really good bulbs. They can now be had for ~20 for a 2 pack or ~38 for a 4 pack from Philips direct. Or my local pep boys carries these 2 packs for ~20 bucks too.

I'd just like to do the cargo and reverse lights. So 3 bulbs, correct?

The cargo lamp houses 2 bulbs. In conjuction with your backup lights you will need 4 bulbs.

So I bought these.

Are they as good as the ones in the picture above? I could not find any other 921 Philips LED's at the local Lordco and just not sure if they will be as bright as possible. My intent is to wire the reverse lights into the cargo lights (with the diode) so I have more light when hitching up the trailer in the dark.

Thanks.
