Coles5515 Posted September 2, 2017 Posted September 2, 2017 What wheel size do you have? I have the same size 2.25" level in front and 3" blocks out back on my 17. I'm running 295/55R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on Sierra reps that have the factory offset. Minor rubbing on the plastics at full lock. I could probably zip tie them back and clear them but I'm lazy. Lewis51 Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 Looks awesome, trying to decide on the tires, hope to make a decision before weekend ends. The YOYOs look great. I think its now between the TOYOs and Terra Grapplers. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk These Toyo's ride really good! It was between the Nitto Ridge Grapplers or the Toyo open Country RT for me. I ended up going with the Toyo because I got a WAY better price on them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

huntr1117 Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 Man that is a sharp looking rig. Placed my order last night for those wheels! Thanks. I'm not a fan of fake rivets and most aftermarket wheels have them now. Plus these weren't expensive so I won't mind if they get messed up by rocks at the lease. nmyron Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 So I was just able to confirm that on the stock 20's with the 2" blocks I am getting wheel rub against the upper control arms. Has anyone else had this issue??

Has anyone else had this issue?? Everyone that has 12" wide tires on stock or close to stock offset has UCA and Swaybar rub at full lock whether they know it, or admit it. To check, you have to have someone hold the steering wheel against the left and right stops...the steering wheel won't stay at lock without someone holding it there.

Do the Cognito UCAs provide more or less clearance for wider tires? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I've got stock cast UCAs, but from what I see on here, Cognitos allow the same as stock cast, or maybe interfere a little more than stock cast with inner sidewall rubbing. Seems like the aluminum and stamped steel are a little wider and don't allow as wide a tire as cast.
STINSAN3 Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 (edited) Yes! 2017 Sierra with 2.5 RC level and 20x9+1 Fuel Mavericks wrapped in 295/55 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Barely scuffs the wheel well liner at full lock. Several others have run a similar set up with no rubbing [emoji106] You have any steering issues? I've been seeing something that clicks turning at low speeds? Edited September 5, 2017 by STINSAN3 1
