Picked up my new Iridium SLT Texas Edition Z71 4x4 last week. Windows tinted this week. Waiting to see level kits. Two tankfuls and averaging 18.2 MPG so far.

Did you tint all the windows or just the front? What percentage?

I have the same colour in an all terrain SLT. I gotta tint my windows still.

Very nice truck, I have a question for you as well as anyone else that owns a Z71 versus a standard 4x4 or 2wd. Does the Z71 ride worse than a non-Z71 truck? On 20's, I'm asking because on the site you cannot add 20 inch wheels unless you get a Z71 off road package when I've clearly seen a few trucks without the package and with the 20s.

As far as I know you don't have to have the Z71 package to get the 20s The truck in my dealers show room has 20s and it's not a Z. Also the truck I am getting Thursday has 20s and it's not a Z either.

Thanks for the input, I was pretty certain you didn't have to get it in order to get the 20's. The problem is on the GMC website you have to get the Z71 to get the 20's. Which just doesn't make sense to me.

I originally ordered 20's and regular suspension, drove it and decided not to get it. Z71 rides nicer on these trucks.
