Probably bad fuel, have you tried putting any octane booster in?

I just put in 3/4 tank of 93 octane, as I have to with my tune. May just be water in fuel or bad fuel like you said

Throw in a bottle of octane boost and see if that helps. Worst case it may be diesel fuel you pumped so keep your gas reciept. My mom had that problem on her Cadillac one time. Turns out the knobs on the tanker for premium and diesel turn the same color or close. Chevron told my father that diesel being put in the 93 tank happens a few times a year. Doubt this happened but a friendly heads up.

Will do. Just waiting on the headers & autocal to come in and it's all getting thrown on.

Those look good. Are they powdercoated or did you buy them like that?

I went with a 5% brow, 5% driver and passenger window and 15% back seat and 3 back windows. On top of factory windows which come 70% front and 24% back it comes out to about 3.5 % (.7x.05=.035 and .24x.15=.036) on everything except the windshield. My last vehicle was a tahoe with 5% all around and the back was too dark on top of factory tint. Before that I had a Benz with 5 % all around so I'm used to dark vehicles. I had a 14 with 15% on the front windows (not windshield) and 35% over the back five windows and it wasn't close to dark enough, could still see in easily. I want my tint dark enough that you can't see inside, even in the daytime but as I hunt and travel country roads in the dark I still need to be able to see out sometimes. I think this was the perfect blend of privacy, protection and still being able to see well even at night. I'm not sure of your state laws so you might consider them but around here they don't really care too much about tint. In the last 10+ years of driving around the nation living in NY, TX, CA, FL, OK and AR I've only been pulled over once for tint.

Just did 70% on the windshield, 45% on the front and 5% on the sunroof. Nice smooth color throughout the truck. Not trying to get pulled over. Plus I'm getting older and it's harder to see out the darker stuff at night. Lol

bought them like that, but they are powdercoated - I think most other coverings like paint are eventually going to peel from the heat...

Just curious to see if mine are going to last. Mine were originally chrome, sand blasted then powdered gloss black.

Dude I've experienced exactly what you're describing. I had my lift adjusted and rented a new GMC Sierra with like 2k miles on it from the local dealer (I said rented but it was free) and that thing was shaking like a whore in church. I dunno what the hell thats about

Decided id finally go ahead and order a K&N washable cabin air filter since the local AutoZone didn't have a non-washable one in stock.

Also, AC decided it didn't want to blow cold anymore. Has anyone else experience this? Only 38K miles on it

I just bought a K&N air filter and cabin air filter for my VW Passat TDI. Autoanthing had them for 22% off plus free shipping so it was a solid deal.

    • And to top it off finally.......................these small GM LS engines are designed to SPIN!!!!!  Why choke them down to just off idle for cruising.  Why/how the "bean counters" have influenced the "engineering department" at GM is beyond me.   They took a solid platform of an engine and turned into a joke in OEM form!!!
    • Atlas,   Then following your logic we can't believe any story that the MSM produces? I mean it's documented they heavily donate to Democrat candidates. Vote Democrat in high percentages. Many MSM talents are married to Democrat politicians, Gov. employees. That goes for on-air and off, personalities and reporters. So they would all be biased and nothing they produce is to be believed in your mind?   Again the article simply was about ways AI can be used for pricing products. Nothing discounted current situations as a factor.    Again keep looking through your left/right lenses. I don't live my life that way.   And as a heads up this thread will be cleaned up again as much of this is off topic and is receiving
    • Yes, and only a couple years before delivery. 🙄
    • So you're saying toss the baby out with the bathwater? @txab posted article was her take on how AI can be used to manipulate pricing as it already does and has been rebuked by the judiciasry in housing. How AI can be and is used to maximize refinery or even Amazon operations all of which are true but because she is who she is; that makes what she says about what is true, false? Is that something akin to Pre-justice aka prejudice?    Look, I'm first in line to approach all information with caution just because we live in a world where people like to lie about someone or something with such a straight face and in such volume that it makes digging to the truth wearisome. Meaning I understand the skepticisms but if I were to toss out everything a person is for a view they hold then my pool of people to draw wisdom from would be non-existent and I'd be forced to reinvent the wheel daily. Not practical.    "Be innocent as a dove but as cautious as a serpent."    Test each word. Every good lie is part truth or no one would believe it. Find the truth in it and reject what isn't.    On this one, AI is being used to do what has been done by hand for hundreds of years already but at such speed, the point of a computer, that it is more easily monetized. This one wasn't that hard a lift.    I wrote a few formulas in a Lotus 123 program decades ago, a series of linked Macros actually, that allowed a daily inventory to be turned into a running P&L and production plan. Something that took three departments a week to assemble now took the time it takes to input the 'daily changes' in inventory. Later that was ungraded to the more powerful Excel program an and integrated with bar code scanning, inventory to supply was done once per shift. It had a huge impact on production scheduling, Seamless interruption flexibility, inventory error reduction, raw materials cost effective utilization and scrap reduction. Huge improvement in the bottom line. I spent months on that and AI could have done it in minutes. So yes, it not only can be used, they would be foolish to not try. The legality, ethics and morality are not the domain of AI. Humans need to keep a reign on it.
