Sunday, wired open the Exhaust Adapter Valve...........I would say marginal sound difference to my ear. I did notice it seems to jump to V4 quicker now and my mileage has gone up slightly.........with my city/country driving. I don't think I changed my driving habits........if anything I have been getting on it more to check the sound so it should of gone down. It's rare for me to do highway driving, so I haven't tried that yet.

can you explain more on this? wired open the Exhaust Adapter Valve?

Plus I may be a little premature on the mileage thing. Don't have enough miles in yet, so ignore my increase comment. It does seem to be in V4 mode more easily now.......maybe a placebo effect, but it just seems more common to see it.

Looks good. I just installed mine a few days ago. I got the flush mount pods and put them in my bumper. I used a wireless switch that way I didn't have to run anything inside the cab. Switch room is limited in mine.

It came with a switch that lets me have them on, off or on with reverse so i chose to keep that vs a wireless switch but i may use on for any furhter projects. Looks good!

That looks great. I like a little more tire normally but that fits your truck perfectly!

Used the VHT night shade on my taillights yesterday. Had to spray an extra coat I really didn't want cause there were some stupid gnats stuck to them with little foot prints. I may strip them and do it over, but it doesn't look bad IMO. First pic is no lights, second is just parking lights, third is brake lights in early morning hours. 3c0b11af1dd3d28d7922c74f20a4cdfa.jpga381d58980092658c2cc3d9a7b613b7a.jpg8743cc87f7a9e290f0f28d2d29a3b11c.jpg

I wanted to vinyl wrap my GMC logo at the front so I used 3 m adhesive remover to take up some of the leftover stick from my old vinyl job and managed to fade my grill....a4ae2aa88178aee30b1b65b7f76bfa47.jpg3b81fe43b32d91a66c06085cc3bb5135.jpgffbcc5161c08da791ed494d0b95e185c.jpg645873b4c6c64cb000fc0d01670dac56.jpg

So just a heads up, don't use it near plastic apparently.

Ordered some amber rigid radiance pods, a 20 inch, and a 50 inch (it's not pictured because I'm debating on drilling into the truck) but I got them wired up to come on with the parking lights. I love it!

Just sent in the paperwork to finalize my Road Armor bumper order. Ordered a Sahara Bumper with winch cut out!

They are on sale for $899 right now if anyone else is interested in them, just have to call in and ask for Pete and tell him that your buddy Mike sent ya

They are from superbrightleds.com and they are the 10mm bolt beam lights. I spent a good 5 hours on those little turds, figuring out how I needed to get them, and then I had to get some plastic sheets to cut because if you look at the top of your grille there is only space for 3, but I wanted 5 so that's why I had to make spots for the other two.
