Had mine line-x'd in summit white, along with the plastic valence (front bumper) and rear bumper plastic (including steps), turned out great.

I think a body shop could paint them cheaper than that. Seems pricey.

Its probably different material. The regular ones have a plastic textured finish.

I'll try to get pics of the rear sometime.

I would have never thought LineX but that is a great idea so it doesn't chip. Please post more pics when you can, maybe some up close pics to show the texture and color up next to painted parts

Does anyone know the part number of the black painted molding for the 2500HD?

I was told that 22943039 will not fit 2500 only the 1500.

Then I was told to use 22943040. But they couldn't tell be what color they are and if they are textured or not...

I would have thought the the wheel molding would be the same on both the 1500 and the 2500

If you remove the fender flares do you have more tire clearance?

You can't really remove them and have it look good. They attach with plastic pins and tabs so there'd be holes in the sheetmetal where the molding were.

Looks Awesome. Wish I got white. Quicksilver is so hard to match.

Linx doesn't look bad at all...damn had me thinking. How much was it?

Actually got it done for free, due to my line of business and advertising. However, I would imagine it would be around $600 - $800 since they had to remove the bumpers and fender trim.

Any of the back, and is that lineX smoothed?

It's fairly smooth, but could be smoother. I took what I could get for free.

What I like, is it's extremely easy to clean bugs off of with a pressure washer.

I have the body color arch mouldings but noticed the dealer installed on top of the screws at the top of the moulding. Is this correct? The only visible fasteners are at the bottom corners. I can see the screw head behind the moulding at the 2 top fastener spots.
