Pretty much what I'm about to do.

Just found this site, way more info than i could have asked for in here.

I was going to try to fit the 275/60/20 AT3/Ws without a leveling kit, but I'm sold on running the leveling kit now.

Out of curiosity, could you have run that tire without the leveling kit?

I was looking to tone down the chrome on my denali and preferred to stick with an OEM wheel. I really liked the looks of the black 22" wheel but preferred a 20" wheel for several reasons. I ended up getting the 20x9 Black Rhino "Peak" wheel which looked very similar and was able to use my stock center caps. They are 20mm offset and I kept the 1/4" spacer plates on the front after changing the stock wheels but don't it was needed. The factory center caps are larger than the Black rhino's (+/- 3/8" larger) and don't sit in the recess but they snap in with a little extra force and are very snug. I was pleasantly surprised that they fit.

RC 2.5inch with rear blocks is going on today, tires tomorrow. Gonna test fit the 275/65r20s and the 305/55r20 Ko2s. I've read that 275/65r20 will rub slightly but a little trim or pulling back fender liner will solve this, but worry that and change in driving conditions will shove the tire straight into the well. The 305/55r20 I've heard fits no problem. Just worried that it won't be a noticeable difference from stock tire.

So I have looked through 30+ pages of this thread and I am still as undecided as ever as to which direction I'm going to go. I have a 2014 Denali 1500 with a RC 2.5" level kit and I'm wanting to go from stock wheels and rims to a 20x9 or 10 with a 33"-34" BF Goodrich AT tire. I am wanting to keep the setup as flush as possible with the aggressive look still. Would a 305 55 20 with a 20x9 stick out of the fender a huge amount and if not which offset would I need? I know a 276 60/65 20 is the popular size but I think it looks very tall and narrow from what I've seen.

you need an offset as close to factory as possible to sit nice and flush. Here's a pick of my old truck with 305/55r20's on factory wheelsf906ab8fc81240a3a68ec704452e7c9d.jpg

I assume that the 275/65 could run depending on your offset or if the tires run large (I have bfg ko2). I still have zero signs of rubbing after 2500 miles.
