Our license plate people ask you what your plate means. Some things you can lie about but some its just plain obvious.

 

 

 

I got FDACUBS past the DMV. Had it for a couple of years on the back of a lifted 2 door Explorer along with a clavin sticker whizzing on a Cubs sticker. Was a big hit in St. Louis when I drove it up for Cardinals games. A DJ on a radio show in Memphis that was nationally syndicated saw it and took a picture of it and talked about it- making fun of hte Arkansas DMV for letting it pass, and a buddy of mine called in and geve them my #, and they called me on the air. I got an envelope from the DMV about two weeks later with a new plate and a letter stating that my old one was revoked.

When I bought my truck I paid for the Masonic Plate in Texas. I was shocked to see the plates when they arrived. My plate is GR81L. Fitting that I am a scout master as well.

If that truck were mine, I'd take off the Silverado license plate frame....or de-badge the tailgate. Seems redundant to have it twice on the same side of the vehicle.

Haha yeah, didn't even pay attention to me being in the background.

 

I've thought that too with having the frame and the Silverado on the tailgate. I didn't want the plate that came from the dealer so I had to buy something else. I've thought about taking the Silverado off the tailgate but then the LTZ would need to come off the other side or it wouldn't seem 'even' and I can't decide if I want to do that or not.
