The projectors are different too. Perhaps the All terrain is LED and the SLT is a HID projector? Let's see some pics of them in action! Or video!

What is every one's interest with the aluminum control arms?

I don't think aluminum belongs anywhere near any suspension component of a truck.

Sports cars maybe, but if you use your truck off-road at all, I think an aluminum control arm is just a disaster waiting to happen.

You must be the only one. Those Goodyear tires are the absolute worst tires you can have on a pickup. They are terrible in the rain, really terrible in the snow, and even worse in any type of dirt/mud. They are dangerous and should not even be used.

No good experience with them ever, that's why I no longer buy a truck with those tires. My last two pickups had the tires swapped out with the Bridgestone tires GM uses. They are not a great tire but they are much better than those crappy SRA's.

All Terrain is still available on both SLT and SLE.

 

5.3/8 speed comes on the SLT, but on SLE the 5.3L is mated with 6 spd.

Same here. Will not buy them for replacements, but have no complaints other than they will not last all that long. Over 2 winters have not had to use 4wd yet.

those are not SLT headlights on the 2nd truck. those are the base halogen headlights. SLT and AT models have the same headlights
