Oh yeah, Condensation on the windshield on the inside. That's if it's raining or after I wash the truck and have left the vent position to the front. IF left a few days, it's really bad. This is dumb because none of my other cars experience this crap and it's a new truck.

just a few minor things that will probably be 100% fixed in the 2017 models. Transmission clunk / rusty rancho shocks (see pics) / barely usable heated seats system / weak headlights / shake vibration issues

Auto position seat starts moving into set memory position as soon as the unlocked drivers door is opened. Have to push a seat memory button to get it to stop. Once you are in and seated, you have to push and hold your memory button to get the seat the rest of the way into position. Most vehicles with memory seating move into position when the key is turned in the ignition. Please correct me if I am wrong. I need to read the manual again just to be sure I'm doing this right.

If I have my phone connected through Bluetooth, and I open up any app even facebook it will stop playing the radio to play media off the phone.

First off I LOVE my new truck!

 

#1 annoying thing is headlights are nowhere near good enough.

#2 the heated steering wheel should come on when cold weather remote starting It gets COLD up here (others have this)

#3 painted front bumper chips WAY too easily

#4 car play does weird things sometimes (may be just me?)

 

I am happy to report many of the things mentioned previously are better on the 2016...

The steering wheel doesn't come on in the cold in the 16's...? Wth... Do the seat bottoms get hot? My 14 heated seat bottoms are pitiful.

Mine did this as well even after the 9.whatever update

You have to reset your carrier settings or something like that, it worked for me....

yes my seats get nice and toasty fairly quick too. My wife says it takes a long time but I thing weight of occupant is part of this...

I have had my new '16 for 16 days. I love it. Coming from an '07 Avalanche a lot has changed in 9 years.

 

I have a few issues. Little things really.

 

1. My PAYMENT BOOK SHOWED UP TODAY. I hate that thing!

 

2. It drives me crazy that the Radio sometimes has a mind of it's own. 90% of the time I listen via AUX but it randomly will start playing music on my iPhone.

 

3. Even thought it is a 16 and it has the white clips for seat movement, I still feel a very minor shift every once in a while. I drove my dads '15 for 50 days and his drivers seat has serious shifting issues.

Although he claims to have never noticed it. :O

 

4. The Hitch receiver was welded incorrectly. My current hitch lock will not lock because of how they welded it together. I will be taking it in to the dealer to have them swap it out. I hope I don't get the run around on this.

 

Other than these little things I am VERY HAPPY 16 day in. Sometime tomorrow I will roll over the 1000 mile mark.

Really hate having to hit the radio buttons twice on the wheel to change the radio stations. Another flaw on the first year 14's, at least they figured it out for u 15-newer guys

I have a 14 High Country w/ 17k miles & my driver seat squeaks when I sit in it. I'm only 185 lbs..anyone else experience this?

1) I'm pretty tall (6'6") so I wish the seat bottoms were longer to offer more support.

 

2) Occasionally the stereo locks up if I plug my iphone into my charging cable that is in my centre arm rest before I start the truck. It won't recognize the phone for music playback until I turn the truck off and open the door.

 

3) Drivetrain issues - rear vibration around 100-110kph and the very loud 1-2 driveline clunk when the truck is cold.
