I simply communicated with them and their customer service was top notch.

The Gm-Trucks forum quote is for $769 which multiple other members have gotten no problem by mentioning this thread and the price.

No need to call, go to the website. Bottom right is live chat, mention this thread and the price and your bed size. Done. Super simple.

i have the drop in bedliner that came with the truck when i bought it new i want to get the backflip mx4 i was wondering if anyone has installed the mx4 that has a dropin bedliner is there any cutting of the bedliner needed ?

No cutting the rails sit on the side of the cab

Just chatted with them and yep and $769.88 for the MX4 and $869.88 for the F1. That's delivered. Now just to decide which one I want...

Some of us have had the Bak flips for a while, mine is starting to show issues after less than five years. I would not buy another...

I haven't researched covers since this F1.

 

The glue holding mine together is failing, it has started to bow and warp across the entire cover. And it has started leaking at the folding seams, and has gotten heavy as h*ll which leads me to believe it's holding water in the panels.

 

The glue failing is my biggest complaint...the bowing and warping is inevitable over such a span and the way they open.

I have the MX4 cover and love it. Picked it up for $700 on Craigslist. No issues, I have always had bak covers and wouldn't go any other route.
