What tint are you guys running with? Pics?

Went to the best spot in town and asked them to match the rear and do whatever the recommended/most common for the windshield
-The result was 18% Carbon on the front side windows, and 45% on the windshield. No more need for the sunglasses while driving.

I'd recommend the ceramic tint. Stuff really cuts the heat. Not too much more in my neck of the woods.

I have 5% on all the windows, 80% on the windshield with a 5% brow. I used the Llumar CTX for the windows and brow and Llumar Air 80 for the windshield. I love it.

I did 50 on the windshield, 15 on the fronts, and added 15 on top of the factory tint for the back glass. I hated when you could see the silhouette in the cab from behind.

Here's one I already have on my phone. You can see my wife in the passenger seat. From the inside you would never know it was tinted. Even at night.

It looks great. I want to tint my windows from 25% down to 5% with 50% or 35% windshield but I'm second guessing if I should tint the windshield due to the fact that I don't want to get hassled by the cops.

The 50% is really not that noticeable. I kinda wish I would have done 40%. If you did 5% on the doors it would make the interior really dark and then make the tinted windshield super noticeable.

I have a regular cab and I already have the back window at 5% and depending on the weather it makes the 25% seem darker then it is that's why I'm debating if I should even do the windshield

I've got 40 on windshield and now wish I woulda done 35. you get use to everything after a while lol

5% front strip, 5% front windows, 20% rear windows to make around 4% combined over stock, and 5% back over stock to make around 1%.

Currently have 3M 5% on all windows except windshield.

Thinking about 20% on the windshield but I think that may push my luck with the PD and earn me a ticket.

I wish there was a way to automatically sleep the entertainment/radio screen rather than having to go into the menus to do it. The darker in the cab the better.

Factory tint in the back and 35% on the front door windows.  That is all that is allowed and I don't want a ticket.

Plus 5% regular tint and a 20% ceramic tint

 

On front door windows

5% regular tint and 20% ceramic tint

 

Windshield

5% regular tint top strip

Entire windshield 20% ceramic tint

 

I have to say, the sides are very hard to see out of at night. However, the windshield is no trouble to see out of.  You cant even tell at night that the windshield is tinted.

 

I got pulled over by the police and he said he couldnt see inside the truck. Then told me about state law saying i couldnt have anything more than 70% on the front doors. And nothing on the windshield below the AS1 mark. The difference between having the 5% on the top strip and not is huge. The cop didnt know i had the whole windshield done because all he saw was the top strip.he gave me a ticket for the front doors or i could have removed it. So i chose to pay it rather than remove and have it redone later.

 

Do ceramic tint. Regular tint is for color only. It has no effect on heat. However ceramic tint removes almost all the heat.
