After a small lift, 35" tires, and a tune on my 2014, I'm going to a 3/5 drop, supercharger, and probably 32" tires. Here's the good news for you, I'll sell you all my take-offs for a song! Wheels, tires, CAI and unused blackbear tune are available if you are interested.

The reason I bring up gearing is because most people tow with these trucks and if you have 3.43 and put 35s on it you are essential down to 3.08 ratio and that sucks for towing plus the added weight of the tires and lift. Now if you are not really going to tow, or not worried about acceleration, or somewhat rough off roading, and not be heavy with the right foot then don't regear. I like acceleration, and being able to tow with no problem and that torque to the ground. When it comes to mpg on the exact some 500 mile trip I take every few months pulling my atvs and just rolling around without towing anything on the trip I get better mpg after I regeared.

Great points. Always a balancing act with these things. To be honest, I tow so infrequently and such small items (pair of jetskis, single snowmobile) locally it's not even a real thought for me. This is why it's always good to get a bunch of opinions and input and then make your decision from there. Thats the great thing about this forum.
