Don't the new Tahoe/Suburbans offer larger sunroofs? I could see it being an option in the future. I'd never get one due to the leak factor but they do look cool and should be an option. Especially when your competitors offer that option.

IMO Sunroofs are the most over rated option. I have never even had mine open on my last three trucks. The Fords I have rode in with the full panorama roof are just plain stupid!

Mines open every day (as long as it's not raining) in the summer. A/C is a rarely used option in my vehicles.

Gm can't figure out how to build a sliding rear window that doesn't explode in their trucks..... you really want the entire roof made of glass in one of these trucks lol.  Pass!

Nice while in motion, but if you ever rolled the thing your body would be recovered with the top half of your head missing. At least the fireman wont need the jaws of life, they will be able to shovel you up.

Same here. Warm weather on the highway I keep it tilted and the back slider open. Backroads I’ll open it up, unless im in direct sun bc that gets annoying.

RAM and Ford both offer the panoramic sun/moon roof on their top trim trucks, why hasn’t GM gone through and done it already?

Considering all the problems with Ford's sunroof, maybe GM is avoiding that option. When the sunroof on their aluminum trucks isn't leaking, it's either rattling, refuses to open correctly, or decides to open itself up. Features like moonroofs or sunroofs always turn into guaranteed dealer visits down the road.

who absolutely needs a giant sheet of glass over their head? real truck owners get into their blazing hot deathtraps and deal with it...

Now a days every damn option is bragging rights when your half ton is almost 80k . To most the standard sunroof works fine but some folks do like the big opening. Do we know if the refresh models also have dynamic/bending headlights ?

Just curious what difference is between a loaded Limited Ram , VS limited Ford vs Denali.

No Panoramic Roof I will go with the Ford, shame I likes the Denali Trucks

Great first post. What else you got?

Nope, just LED reflectors like before. Even on the $82K Denali Ultimate, which is a bit of a disappointment.

Was watching the review for the zr2 on youtube and one of the glaring holes in the refresh is still using the vintage 1991 sized gm sunroof, which by the way leaked as much as much any newer panoramic sunroofs back in the day. So those of you are probably right, that GM would half ass it and it would be another rear window slider, except this one would be much larger and above your head.

i have a feeling the big moonroof will come with all new engines/output when the new model comes out in 25'
